If an item is damaged during transit you may request a refund or exchange; once evidence has been provided (Image of the item)

We can't accept any liability if an item has been lost due to incorrect address details.

Pre-Order Policy:
All pre-orders will start shipping on release date of the product (Unless stated otherwise).
Any orders containing both pre-orders and in-stock items will be shipped together on the release of the pre-ordered item(s) or when all items are available to ship.
